Refund policy

We accept returns and cancellations under these conditions: Contact us within 3 days of delivery, ship the items back within 7 days of delivery, and request cancellation within 2 days of purchase The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the products: Custom or personalized orders and items on sale.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All products must be returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
